Lindquist - Sadie Gilbert

Mrs. Sadie Lindquist, 74, a life Veedersburg resident, died at 1:15 p.m. Friday at the Rudisill Nursing Home, Covington. She had been seriously ill for the last three weeks and in failing health for the past year. She was a member of the New Century EUB Church n Veedersburg. She was born here Nov. 8, 1892, to Timothy and Luella Anglin Gilbert. She married Oscar Lindquist on Feb. 12, 1912. He died in 1961. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Helen McElwee of Kingman; four sons, Charles, Francis and Tom of Veedersburg, and Harry of Kingman; 17 grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Fishero Funeral Home here. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Covington. Friends may call Sunday at the funeral home between 2 and 4 p.m. and 7 and 9 p.m. --Typed by Debby Masterson.
